It was convenient to the Burnaby Hospital where I needed to be early in the morning
Extremely noisy location and, while the bed and bath were clean, it was obvious that some much deeper cleaning needed to be done and a general reno of the whole building is in order

Handy decent location, right by a freeway. Based close to the intersection of Boundary and the Grandview Highway as well as the highway and the hospital. A wide range of fab food for meals...

The room was spacious and cozy, with a decent coffee machine in the lounge. I appreciated the friendly staff, especially at the front desk. A bus station right across the road made getting around easy, but it would have been nice to have pastries with that coffee.

We had a nice stay. Big, comfy, clean rooms, awesome staff. Close to everything. Great value.
No real extras, don't expect spa or anything.

Location can be tricky without a car!!! Navigating the busy intersection and nearby highway can be a hassle. The shower controls need clearer instructions, and small storage for a family of four just doesn't cut it!!!

Make sure you stay in the queen room with a fridge and microwave and air conditioning plus the heater was in.
